1 Introduction and Acceptance

kub9 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms apply to the kub9 website, mobile version and all services under it. By accessing the platform or starting to use any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

kub9 is for persons aged 21 and above only. Providing false age information during registration will result in permanent account closure and any winnings will be considered void.

The following persons may not open an account on kub9:

• Anyone whose kub9 account has previously been terminated
• Anyone who has submitted a self-exclusion request and whose exclusion period is still active
• Countries or regions where online gaming is completely prohibited

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

7 VIP Program

kub9's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Benefits increase as you advance to higher levels.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP level progression depends on your gaming activity and participation. Cashback is credited at a set time each week. Detailed terms of VIP benefits may change and will be announced on the platform.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on kub9 and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all deposits:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Misusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means
• Using computer programs, bots or automated software to play games
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Misconduct or harassment towards staff
• Opening an account with false information or submitting fake documents during verification

If we confirm that any of the above activities are being carried out from an account, we reserve the right to close the account without notice and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9 Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

kub9 may terminate or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found
• If fraud or deception is suspected
